Subject to the Pleasure Guarantee terms, you can return the eligible product at your own cost and receive StayBliss store credit so you can try something that’s more your type.

Eligibility
What’s covered?
The 30-Day Pleasure Guarantee applies to eligible pleasure products. It’s designed for the situation where a product simply isn’t delivering the pleasure experience you hoped for.
It isn’t automatically extended to lingerie, oils, lubricants, accessories, memberships, services, parties, Virtual Shopping appointments, gift cards or shipping charges.
Eligible products carry the Pleasure Guarantee badge in their product information, so you can see the cover before you buy.
An eligible pleasure product is a StayBliss pleasure device specifically marked with the 30-Day Pleasure Guarantee in its product information. Lingerie, consumables, lubricants, oils, cleaners, accessories, gift cards, memberships, services, party bookings, Virtual Shopping appointments and damaged or misused products are not covered, and a product isn't covered simply because it appears in the Bliss Vault.
Look for the badge.
Only products marked as eligible in our product data display the 30-Day Pleasure Guarantee. If the badge isn’t there, the Guarantee doesn’t apply to that item — your consumer law rights still do.
Guarantee conditions

- You'll need to provide your order number.
- Contact StayBliss BEFORE sending the product back.
- Return postage under the Pleasure Guarantee is at your cost.
- Approved claims receive StayBliss store credit rather than a cash refund.
- Store credit can be used across the StayBliss range.

How the 30-day period is calculated for eligible products taken home on the night is still being finalised. Get in touch with your purchase details and we'll confirm it with you rather than guess.
Nothing in the StayBliss 30-Day Pleasure Guarantee or our change-of-mind policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Because of the intimate nature of many StayBliss products and hygiene considerations, StayBliss generally does not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns for intimate products, subject to applicable law.
But if an eligible pleasure product simply isn’t right for you, that’s exactly why we created the 30-Day Pleasure Guarantee.
The Pleasure Guarantee isn’t a change-of-mind return — it’s our own voluntary promise for eligible pleasure products, and it results in store credit.

Approved claims under the 30-Day Pleasure Guarantee receive StayBliss store credit. It’s not a cash refund and your original payment method isn’t refunded.

Credit issued under the Guarantee can be used across the StayBliss range — so you can try something completely different.
Anything else?
Store credit issued under the Pleasure Guarantee is valid for 12 months from issue. Store credit can be used across the StayBliss range and isn't redeemable for cash, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Pleasure Guarantee claims are handled by our team, so your credit is confirmed with you directly rather than issued automatically.
