Cleaning

Keep it clean.

Not the conversation. The product.

Cleaning requirements vary depending on the product and the materials it’s made from.

Always follow the care instructions supplied with your individual StayBliss product.

Before cleaning an electronic product, check its water-resistance rating and its specific instructions.

Water resistance

Wet?
Check first.

Not every StayBliss product has the same water-resistance rating.

  • Some may be suitable for shower use.
  • Some may only tolerate splashes.
  • Some may need to stay completely dry.

Always check the instructions for your individual product before introducing water.

Shower friendly doesn’t automatically mean bath friendly. Important distinction.

Reading an IP rating

IPX ratings describe water only
The “X” means the product hasn’t been rated for dust protection. The number after it is the water rating.
IPX5 is not submersion
IPX5 covers water jets and splashing. It does not mean a product can be submerged in a bath, basin or pool.
Ratings are per product
A rating on one StayBliss product never carries across to another. The rating for your product lives in its own care guide and instructions.

Charging

Charge me
before you need me.

Charging methods and times vary by product.

Always use the supplied or specified charger and follow the instructions for your individual product.

Never operate a product while it’s charging, unless its instructions explicitly say it’s designed for that.

Charging times and battery life for your product are shown in its own care guide.

Storage

Put me away
properly.

Products should be clean and appropriately dry before storage.

Follow any product-specific material or storage instructions.

Keep charging cables, remotes and accessories together where practical.

Future you will appreciate knowing where the charger went.

Lube + compatibility

Before you
add anything…

Not every lubricant or care product is compatible with every material.

Check the instructions supplied with your individual StayBliss product before using lubricants, oils or cleaning products with it.

Where compatibility information has been confirmed for a product, it appears in that product’s care guide.
